Saffron Pushal Kalamdar

Qalamdar Pushal saffron is a superior grade of Pushal saffron, in which the red stigma is supplied with a very short section of yellow cream (about 1 to 3 mm). The term “Kalamdar” means long, smooth and thick strands of saffron that are slightly twisted and look uniform and look like a tight package. The presence of a yellow part at the end of the strings is considered to be a sign of natural and genuine saffron, and the possibility of fraud in this type is very low. Pushal Qalamdar saffron has a very high coloring power and has a strong aroma and taste. This product has a more reasonable price than Nagin and Sargol types and is an excellent option for daily home use, restaurants and food industries. It can be used in the preparation of various traditional dishes such as techin and barberry, biryani, sherbets, desserts and hot drinks.
